Scott T. Bushnell
Mr. Bushnell attended Stetson University on an Army R.O.T.C. scholarship and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves in 1987, serving in the reserves until 1995. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bushnell worked for four years for Drew, Ecki & Farnham practicing workers’ compensation law. Since 1994, Mr. Bushnell has varied his practice to include family law, many areas of civil litigation, and misdemeanor criminal practice.
Mr. Bushnell has tried cases before courts all over North Georgia. Having gone through a protracted divorce that went to trial, his personal experience has given him unique insights into the mental and emotional aspects of the process.
